V.S. Creations for you! (“we”, “us”) runs vscreationsforyou.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We are a small handmade goods business, not an advertising company — we collect what we need to send you your order and run the shop, and nothing more.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, the items you bought, and your order history with us.
Payment information: your card details go directly to our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number. We only see confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the last four digits of the card for reference.
If you create an account: your username, email address, saved addresses, and any wishlist you build.
If you contact us: whatever you choose to include in your message, plus your email address or phone number so we can reply.
Automatically, when you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived. This is standard website analytics and is used in aggregate to understand what people look at, not to build a profile of you personally.
Why we use it
- To take payment, make your item, and get it delivered to you
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and tracking
- To answer your questions and handle returns or problems
- To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting
- To protect the shop against fraud and abuse
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, only with services that help us run the shop:
- Our payment processor — to take and, where needed, refund payment
- USPS and our shipping and tracking providers — your name and delivery address, so your parcel arrives
- Our website host and email provider — who store the site and send our order emails
- Our website analytics provider — usage data as described above
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Tracking technologies
Like most online shops, our site stores small files in your browser. Some are essential — they remember what is in your basket and keep you logged in, and the shop cannot work without them. Others help us measure how the site is used. You can clear or block these through your browser settings, though blocking the essential ones will stop checkout from working.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, generally seven years. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account. Messages you send us are kept while they are useful for supporting you, then deleted.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Send you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
If you are a California resident, you additionally have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights, and the right to know whether we sell or share your personal information — we do not. If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your data protection authority.

Security
Our site runs over an encrypted connection, and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and we limit who can access it.
Children
Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
