Welcome to V.S. Creations for you! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of vscreationsforyou.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
V.S. Creations for you! is a small handmade goods business based in Murray, Kentucky, United States. You can reach us any time at [email protected] or 352-220-3481.
2. Handmade items and natural variation
Every item we sell is made by hand. This means no two pieces are identical. Colors, placement of florals or embellishments, wood grain, glass shape and finish may vary slightly from the photographs shown on the Site. These variations are a normal feature of handmade work and are not defects. Screen settings also affect how colors appear, so we cannot guarantee an exact color match to what you see on your device.
Where an item is made to order or personalized, we will confirm the details with you before production begins.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we cannot verify payment or a delivery address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you confirm. We take payment at the time you place your order.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number on this Site. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors happen. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days; made-to-order pieces may take longer, and we will tell you if so.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a parcel is handed to USPS, transit times are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us — see our Refund and Returns Policy.
You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct delivery address. We are not able to refund orders that go missing because of an address error made at checkout.

7. Care and safe use
Some of our items are decorative rather than functional, and may include glass, small parts, or battery-operated LED lights. Decorative items are not toys and are not intended for children. Please follow any care or battery instructions supplied with your item. Keep glass items out of reach of children and pets, and do not leave battery-operated lights unattended for long periods.
8. Intellectual property
The content on this Site — including product photographs, designs, text and our name and logo — belongs to V.S. Creations for you! You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. Buying an item gives you ownership of that item, not of the design.
9. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Kentucky, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
