Shipping Policy
All shipping cost will be the responsibility of the Vendor listing the material of their items being sold to be posted clear on whether the customer is to pay the shipping fees and or if the Vender is offering free shipping . Shipping in the united states only!
Also Vendor is responsible for packaging their products that are sold securely and well padded to ensure the packaged items make it to the customer all in tact.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure they gave the correct shipping information so that the said package arrives at the correct address. As it is also the Vendors responsibility to make sure that they input the correct address as referring to the address the customer gave them and make sure it matches. If a customer wishes to return an unwanted purchased item for a refund then the customer is responsible for paying for and shipping the item back to the company unless the Vendor has agreed to do so.
Refund Policy
Unless Vendor agrees otherwise a refund will be issued if the customer requests as long as they have sufficient proof that the item is damaged such as photos of damaged package and also separate photos of merchandise that was damaged , specific photos are required! If a customer wishes to return an unwanted purchased item for a refund then the customer is responsible for paying for and shipping the item back to the company unless the Vendor has agreed to do so. All returns and exchanges will be up to the Vendor selling the product after they see fit evidence that the products arrived damaged and warrants a return and refund! If a Vendor agrees to refund a customer then the Vendor has 2-6 weeks to fully refund the customer minus shipping costs after they receive damaged products and the return shipping date can be determined by the delivery date the items returned were received.
